Overall, the people I interviewed with seemed to be more interested in knowing how things work at my current company than about myself. There wasn't much asked about my skill set, goals or experience. Also, I found it odd that not all aspects of the company structure report into one leader; business functions are fractured. Overall, the working environment looks amazing, and it's a really creative company which is great. Just not sure how structured their recruiting and interview process is, which can be confusing and frustrating.
