Interview
First you're asked to provide responses to paragraphs. They care a lot about fit in general so they ask you why you are interested in anthropic and AI safety research. Then there is the codesignal, which is the industry coding assessment. After this the phone screen, which is just a pretty straightforward coding question but you need to nail perfectly to advance.
you need to submit 3 references and an essay, 2 OAs, then review stage, then 2 technical takehomes with AI, followed by a 15 minute final round research discussion interview
