Five rounds over three weeks (all virtual)
1. HR Screener
2. Behavioural with a senior associate
3. Behavioural with MD
4. Behavioural + some technicals with 2 MDs
5. Super day (3 rounds of interviews with 2-3 people each round)
Everyone I met was very nice however the process ended poorly - Received a verbal offer from HR that had basic parameters (salary, benefits, PTO days) and was told to expect a docusign version through email. After 2-3 days of waiting, I followed up but that HR person never responded. Instead, another HR person called me to tell me the role was no longer available without further explanation. Emails to my interviewers (including a school alumnus who put me into the process) went unanswered and to this day, I do not know what happened.
Very very little respect for candidates and left a poor taste in my mouth
