Answers in Genesis interview questions

The interview had two phases: a faith interview and a skills interview. During the faith interview, the HR specialist asked questions to see if my views and values aligned with the ministry. She also asked a few questions about my skills and interest. I was then given the option to choose between several internship pathways, and my information was provided to the hiring managers for the department I chose. They then interviewed me to see if my skills and personality fit with their team.
