Been a while since I went for the interview and may have changed, it was very straightforward and easy. The usual questions to get to know you as well as asking about previous experiences and testing within certain scenarios. The only thing different from the average interview was a spelling test.

They hire most of the time. Interview at the time was easy a basic interview, a spelling and typing test and that was all. It has changed a bit since then.
