I applied for this role through a recruiter. The process was long but rewarding with a strong focus on technical expertise with many questions to ensure a culture fit. The full process consisted of a telephone interview, a Microsoft Teams interview, a psychometric evaluation with a final round face-to-face interview. I would say that while the interview process is challenging and there are difficult questions to answer, the team at Anstar is really wanting to make sure for a good team fit and strong technical knowledge. I found the whole process quite rewarding and received great feedback that resulted in an offer and a start date a week later.
