1st round was technical descriptive which was around 25 questions(.net frame work,c#,sql)
2nd was technical face to face interview
3rd was a formal hr round.
in 2nd round we will be tested on technical aspects and they will check our confidence level by twisting the same question with different meaning.

It was easy just hr round in the consultancy and the hr were good and helpful and they just test your communication skills if ur communication is good then no worries you can easily go through it.
