Interview
There were two parts to the selection process and then three stages to the interview.
The first part was an online numerical and verbal reasoning test.
This was followed by a face to face interview with three hiring managers
First stage was a presentation on a pre-notified topic
2. I took them through my work history
3. Competency based questions relating to the role
