Typing test and behavioral questions relating to stress and working in a team environment. There were three person panel on the initial interview. The second interview was with the actual manager of the department.

Interview
It was a phone interview with the manager and supervisor of the claims department. Everyone had he take schedules but this worked quite well for everyone. A recritment supervisor stayed on the line during the interview.
