Interview
The interview process was professional and conversational. It began with an initial phone screening followed by a virtual interview with the hiring manager. They focused on my creative background, storytelling approach, and passion for film and television. The entire process took about two weeks, and communication was clear throughout.
Laidback but professional, very interesting. It was a phone interview and it lasted less than half an hour. There will be a follow up in person. They described the work environment as easy going.
HR about how started the current job and previous one also. Also to note career steps including history, difficulties and so on. Also about passion and ambitions. Worth to mention the learning curve and some technical stuff.
