The experience itself is thoughtful, when you arrive, you’re greeted warmly and offered water or coffee while you wait in their lobby. After the interview, they even ask if you’d like a water for the drive, which to me shows how much they value the little details. I was given plenty of opportunities to ask questions, and it was clear the team had already taken time to review my work beforehand.
