The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Anheuser-Busch (Saint Louis, MO) in Aug 2022

      Interview

Got stood up twice for a video interview. Had a great video interview on the third try and then got ghosted. When I reached back out to the recruiter, they didn’t return my calls or emails.

      Question 1

What prior experience do you have that applies to this role?
      Answer question

      Interview

Started with a elementary math test trying to figure out your ability on counting money, as well as if you are a person with common sense. Got a call by HM shortly after. 30 minutes later I was told I would be invited to the actual interview next week, which HR didn't schedule till two weeks later. Interview itself was rather strange. It was extremely white ole' Anheuser Busch boy club like. As I was describing what difficulty I encountered with my at-the-time employer, a senior person on the panel appeared to be very proud of his one and only career at AB, that he interrupted me and expressed that AB Inbev was just perfect in procedures, then lectured that my experience would not be applicable in this case. Mind blowingly rude. Additionally, every panel member seemed to have a very different opinion on what this role's responsibility would be, that they were frequently disagreeing each other at my presence. Never heard a thing or got a reject email afterwards. Didn't bank on it anyways as I moved on with another gig that was much better shortly after. I was deeply offended by the incompetent HR and the arrogance that the particular employee demonstrated. Was somewhat relieved by the end that I didn't have to work at a place as such being bitter all the time. Judging from the company review, it may once have it's golden age, and I sure hope they are as perfect as they want to believe. Please treat other human with respect.
