very in-depth and unique. 6 different rounds consisting of 4 interviews (case, 2 on 1, business simulation, panel). tried to understand the personality and ended up doing a great job of picking people that will ultimately succeed in the company

Long and drawn out process. Tough final interviews in business simulation. It is difficult to gauge the exact type of person they are looking for and certainly varies class to class. The people that get an offer are exceptionally bright and likely from target schools only.
