The interview process is standard. After submitting your application, the first initial step is to complete games on pymetrics. The games are meant to test some of your skills that they want applicants to have. If you move on to the next stage, then you complete a video interview on pymetrics.

You must complete an AON assessment, then you get moved onto video interview with no interviewer, then a virtual interview w/ 2 other people, then to a final round interview in St. Louis with a panel.

I am still walking through the interview process. After applying my resume, they send me an online assessment. It contains verbal, logical and numerical questions in an average difficult level. Now I am in the process of digital level.
