7 step interview process starting from resume screening, online test, FIT interview, case interview, internship and final presentation. The beginning half of the process was conducted online while the case interview and the final presentation was done on-site.

First round: game-based assesments
Second round: virtual case preparation (1 hour preparation time to make a comprehensive 3 minute pitch)
Third round: Group Assessment day (2 interviews + business case game while constantly being monitored)
Final round: panel interview together with other candidates, you hear each other's answers and are being monitored on when and what you answer. Tough questions from a panel of 4 senior managers.
