All the process took a 6 month period for me. And the main outcome - that looks like People department doesn't really work, because I didn't get an answer during different stages until I've asked for an answer. It wasn't really clear and transparant for me what I should do during the process.

I was around 4 months, after the final panel I got a message with a "Thanks for your applications, but you are not selected", after 4 months of process, more than 5 interviews, and 3 assessments
