It is an incredibly long process with multiple steps. There's the initial application, an online interview where you record your answers, behavior test, short games to test your mind, a Skype interview with two employees and then a final interview with a group of people. There were way too many steps in my opinion, and if you have a technical issue at any point - good luck! I tried to reach out about having trouble accessing one of the interview portals and I didn't get any communication back until a week after my interview was scheduled.
