I applied for an Assistant Operations Manager Position for Angelina Bakery, which I received an invitation for a videocall interview. The first contact was with a girl via email. This girl set up the interview with another person. Five minutes after the interview supposes to start the girl contacted me to let me know that the manager had an emergency and canceled the interview. The same girl invited me to have the same interview the next day at the same time with the same person which I accepted. The next day I had the interview with the second person which was the most awkward interview I've ever had. He only talked about himself and his achievements in the 15 min of the interview. I ended the interview with not expectations. Two days later the same girl called me to let me know I was hired which I was surprised (The major reason is because I've never met them in person) but I accepted. She mentioned details about the schedule and training that I didn't discuss on my interview. Of course, I had many questions that she couldn't answer, she only said that she needed to ask her boss. She supposed to get back to me with the starting day and more details but today (8/11/23) has been one week since the last time I had spoken with her. I tried to reach out to her during the week by email and phone and she never responded. I think these kinds of people shouldn't occupied management roles or whatever the positions they have. They are not professionals and have not ethics.
