A call and a video call, a few questions about work experience and a brief description of the job I would be doing. They want to make sure you can handle 100 phone calls a day and things of that nature.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at AnewHealth (Valley View, OH)
Interview
I persistantly sent my resume and cover letter via email without any response .. But once I followed up, I was immediately asked to come in for an interview at my earliest convenience. I was interviewed by the head pharmacist . I was given I description of the job position in which I was interviewing for, and I was asked to briefly describe my previous work experience.

There was really not any complexity to the interview, nor the interviewing process at all. I was offered the position immediately after the interview had come to an end. And in all the entirety of my career there, many interviews seem to have very similar outcomes.
