I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Anduril (Costa Mesa, CA) in Mar 2023
Interview
Overall a pretty good process. It started with a phone screen with the talent acquisition team to ensure the position was a good fit when compared against other openings, then a phone screen with the hiring manager. Then came the in-person interviews with four different manager/leads from different internal groups and a close out with TA going over benefits/perks.

I applied online. I interviewed at Anduril (Costa Mesa, CA)
Interview
The interview process consisted of two phone screens, two video calls with the team, and a final 8 hour on-site paid for by the company. I was encouraged to apply for a "reach" role while I was on the first phone screen and landed it, which I was very happy about! I could tell it was extremely close and competitive every step of the way.
