Interview
Neither interviewer asked any personal questions before diving into technical questions for an hour straight. Coding question was irrelevant to the position. Interviewers had no personality and were not collaborative. No time was left to ask questions to the interviewers. All around low effort and poor interviewers that didn't seem engaged or care.
Series of phone interviews to start, if you can get past the phone interviews they will fly you out to deliver to them a presentation on why they should hire you.

Interview
The recruiter discriminated against me because I'm disabled and old.
He assumed that due to my age and disability, it would not be possible for me to have "Anduril Speed". But, he never asked me if I can think or work fast.
One interview with recruiter then two interviews with two different chief engineers. Finally an onsite interview consisting of a presentation and 5-6 individual interviews. The presentation is a technical presentation on a topic of your choosing. Many of the one on one interviews were also technical.
