Hiring process started over the phone and when complete went to a face to face interview. In this interview, we discussed sales experience, likes and dislikes and goals for employment. From the first intial face to face interview, I interviewed imediatly with a second individual
A 1 hour process. Spoke to 2 managers, the GM, and I’ll go back in a few days to finish up the interview with 1 more manager and 2 seasoned sales members
