Interview
The recruiter contacted me via LinkedIn and asked if it was OK to combine the screening and technical interview into one call.
Then, after my approval, they asked me to give my consent for the AI agent to assess my answers to the technical questions and generate comprehensive feedback which they would share with me
The interview lasted about 1 hour.
After that, the requiter sent me a "pre-offer" and said they'd need to do another interview with the client, after which they just shadowed me.

8 rounds of interview, starting from HR, up to interview with client. 2 weeks of calls and preparations to get lackluster reject, while I answered 90% of technical questions on final step.
