Interview
Informal with a bit of behavioral questions. Not really much with technical questions. Overall comfortable experience. Of course there were some difficult questions but most of the time they were pretty on par behavior questions such as what are your strength and weakness.
There were 3 back to back 30 minute interviews. I interviewed with a senior associate, manager, and director. I had a pleasant experience meeting the people from all different levels and they were really sweet.

Interview
I had two back to back interviews, one with a partner and one with an associate. Basic behavioral questions, nothing technical. The partner spent much of the time selling the benefits of Andersen rather than asking me questions.
Very easy, all behaviorals. The interviewers were very nice and genuinely wanted to get to know you. There were no technicals, but be very genuine and friendly with the interviewers.
