Interview
It was a series of interviews with Senior Managers and Directors that primarily asked the same questions. However, it was helpful to have them all answers any questions that you may have since they offered different perspectives on the work and company environment. The whole process took about an hour to complete.

Since this is your first internship, why do you think you're qualified for this position?
There were 3 back to back 30 minute interviews. I interviewed with a senior associate, manager, and director. I had a pleasant experience meeting the people from all different levels and they were really sweet.

Interview
I had two back to back interviews, one with a partner and one with an associate. Basic behavioral questions, nothing technical. The partner spent much of the time selling the benefits of Andersen rather than asking me questions.
Very easy, all behaviorals. The interviewers were very nice and genuinely wanted to get to know you. There were no technicals, but be very genuine and friendly with the interviewers.
