Telephone interview followed by 1 full day interview. Team projects put in place to check for problem solving skills and to see how you react as a team and also as an individual. Timing was key to get problem solved asap.

Come in for on site interview. Lasted about 45 minutes. It was mostly discussion. met with a team Manager who discussed the job and requirement then asked question about who I was and why I wanted to work for Ancestry.
