The interview process was managed by Mark Wilkins (Talent Manager). It was a 4 stage process which was managed efficiently.
The first interview was a screening interview with Mark where we walked through experience.
The second interview was with the hiring manager Jenny Elias, this was a more role based interview.
The third interview was with the Professional Services Director, this was more focused on my understanding of Anaplan and how it helps the customer.
The fourth interview consisted of a 4 person panel with hiring manager Jenny, Professional Services Director, Area Vice President / Professional Services Director and Area Vice President (Sales). For the Panel interview I was provided with a case study to which I was to present to the panel.
The interview was a smooth process with Mark keeping me well informed through out the process, feedback from each stage was provided in a timely manner.
