Interview
The interview process was quite straightforward, even though it had four stages. I had great support from the recruiter(Josh) at each stage. He shared helpful information about what each interview would involve and how to prepare.
The stages included an initial call with the recruiter, a portfolio review with a lightning round, a live design task, and finally an interview with the director. While the process was extensive, it moved very quickly. There was a slight delay at one point, but I was informed immediately and things returned to running smoothly after that.
The recruitment team was very swift with communication and updates, and they made the entire process, from interviews to offer, feel seamless and well-coordinated. I had a pleasant experience. Kudos to the team.

Interview
A 4 stage interview process,
Step 1: Initial call with an internal recruiter over zoom.
Step 2: Typical interview with Manager, walking through portfolio and the like.
Step 3: Live design task.
Step 4: Final interview with Director.
The interview process was extensive but moved surprisingly quickly. Mark Wilkins, my recruiter, was very attentive and on hand at all times to assist with any queries which made the interview > offer process pretty painless. He and the rest of the team were great representatives of the company.
