      Interview

1 hour technical interview for a design adjacent role. The role would be bridging the gap between sales and customer team, and the actual design engineering team. Questions were 1. Response of RC circuits from R and C. 2. Inverter in resistive feedback. 3. Nmos connected to gnd through a switch with VG and Vd provided. At t=0, switch is opened, find Vs. 4. Rotary encoder question - a disc with half marked 1, and other half marked 0. Two sensors A and B touching the disc. What logic or circuit can you use to determine whether the disc is turning clockwise or anticlockwise. Did not ask about relevant past experience, and asked about past experience not relevant to circuit design. Interviewer was very pleasant to speak to and was patient. No response following interview.
