Pretty casual overall, the managers were chill but not super talkative. They ask a lot of questions to get to know you and what you value. Asked about volunteer work and such, pretty easy stuff.

one on one conversation with store manager. show confidence and the ability to be taught things, even if they might seem trivial. You have to love ice cream and show that love to the customers
