Amsterdam Printing interview questions

Talked to IT manager and lead developer. Answered basic knowledge questions and workplace scenarios. Ran through some code examples where I had to explain. Pretty straight forward, no gotcha questions or examples.

Conducted a phone interview, followed by an in-person interview with the Plant Manager. A couple days later I had another interview with the Manufacturing/Production Manager and the President of the company. Interview consisted more of a conversation than answering canned HR questions.
