After sending in my CV and cover letter, I got the invitation for the 1st interview with the hiring manager. It started off with a short intro on both sides, but then the interviewer proceeded to ask me personal and slightly inappropriate questions and nothing related to my CV, professional experience or motivation for the role itself. I ended the interview early due to the lack of professionalism from his side.
