Sourcing and screening and calling them for the interview and scheduling the interview, post interview the status would be reviewed and informed to the candidates later. Once they gets selected then the offer letter would be released.

Interview
4 hours. Interviewed with entire department ranging from co-workers to department head to vice presidents. Each level asked different questions. Some were simply to find out how I would work with others. Some were based on technical skills.

After the initial resume drop, the first round interview was a phone call with a member or two of the senior management team, the second round was in the office with different professionals
