Unfortunately, the overall experience was not very organized. The interviewer showed up late and then extended the interview well past the scheduled time. The talk went smoothly. But afterwards another interview was setup with the same person but felt like talked to a whole different person. The second time was not great experience. The conversations themselves were insightful, and the role seemed interesting, but the poor time management and lack of consideration for my schedule made the experience feel disorganized and a bit disrespectful of my time. I hope the company takes this feedback constructively and improves their candidate experience going forward.
