"Average Experience, Poor Communication After Second Round"
I interviewed at Optbyte in December 2024. The process started with an AI-based technical question round, followed by a managerial technical round. The second round involved tricky questions on C#, which were engaging but challenging. Overall, my experience was average. While the initial process was fast, the communication after the second round was disappointing. I had to follow up 3–4 times via email and phone, and it took them 15 days to provide feedback. The lack of timely updates and responsiveness significantly impacted the overall experience.
