The HR processes walk-in applicants significantly faster than online applicants as they do it on the spot. Here's the process I underwent:
1. Exam: Grammar, Pattern Recognition, Analytics, Personal, etc.
2. HR Interview - The HR will ask you about the stuff you filled up in the form they will give you such as your academic achievements, hobbies, skills, etc. After this you will be asked to go home.
2.5. Free medical check up
3. Technical Interview - This happens if you passed both the initial interview and the exam I think
4. Contract Signing
