Interview
It may have changed over the years. However, I took part in a three stage interview. Two of those stages I had to demonstarte a model lesson and then show improvement from the feedback given. The third stage, will be feedback and a job offer.
First, would be a one-way interview via Spark hire. About 9 questions, unlimited think times, unlimited takes. Part of it would be a demo on how you would teach a song to kids (3mins). Once you passed, then you’ll have your first personal interview, it would include a 10min teaching demo, any subject of your choice, and another song. Once you passed, you’ll have your third personal interview which will include the same demo class you did but with improvements from feedback they gave. Once you passed, they will check your documents- references, resume etc - to see if you are eligible to work in Japan as a NET. Then offer you a job
