The HR experience with Americares was smooth and thoughtful. The initial HR interview took one hour and then there was a technical exercise and interview with the hiring manager. Everything was well-managed and smooth.

The interview process included an initial conversation with People and Talent and a Competency Assessment. The assessment included a budget and program development exercise, all reflective of the tasks for the role. Unfortunately, the assessment arrived late in my inbox, so I had limited time to complete it before the deadline.
It was a multi step process including meetings with HR, hiring manager and team plus a capabilities exam. I wish more companies took the time and energy to interview this way! It was thorough and very intentional
