This was the weirdest interview. I know that a lot of companies are using Video recordings as a way to "weed" out people that they want to invite. But, I was invited to do a video recording interview. This was the worst interview that I have ever performed in because it was essentially me interviewing myself. If this is the future of hiring, then I will be better unemployed...
