I received a call from the HR for basic screening. Subsequently, i was invited to the office, as i lived in Boston, for an in person interview. I met the director of the marketing group. They were looking for someone with experience in telecom industry and i met that criteria. He asked me about my previous experience, questions around me resume, how can i make a difference and gave me more details about the profile. I received a call very next day to meet the VP, marketing. He did not ask me too many questions. it was almost like i was already part of the team and he wanted to welcome me and tell me more about the organization and the group. I received my final offer within a day.
