I attended one of their monthly job fairs and a few weeks later was contacted by an HR Recruiter. The Recruiter asked basic questions about my resume, my interest in the company, and my expected salary range. They wouldn't confirm what their internal salary range was but it was made clear if my range didn't match what they expected then I wouldn't be moved forward.
After the HR interview I was scheduled for a 2 interviews on the same day, a 1:1 with HR followed by a 1:1 with the hiring manager. The HR interview consisted of standard behaviorial questions and they took lots of notes. The 1:1 with the hiring manager was more informal almost conversational allowing the line of questioning to easily change.
I was not offered the position and I believe it was because I was looking for the high end of their salary range. They clearly are focused on finding lower paid associates.
