Really interesting interview, they only asked me a few standard interview questions (why do you want to work here, strengths, etc.), and then we spent most of the time talking about climate security issues. It felt more like a conversation than an interview. About 30 minutes long on the phone. If you can show that you are interested/know about the topic you applied for, you’ll do great.
