Only experienced agents need apply. There is no training and very little support. Each employee is an independent contractor on 1099. The plus side is a generous split. So, for someone who wants to be a lone wolf left alone to do their thing, this is the place.

Question 1
You have an offer through another agent and have gone back and forth negotiating. Your client is prepared to sign. You receive an offer from a buyer client that you are working with directly. Do you quickly insert your buyer client into the negotiations? Or do you allow your seller client to sign the original deal?
