Not to intense. They also ask questions about your career goals and school to help understand work availability. You must take a short EMT test prior to the interview but its not to hard.

Interview
Went in and started off with a test. I just graduated EMT school so it was all pretty fresh and easy. There was a short essay part too, just a basic interview type question. Just think of something good and write it all out clearly and with good grammar and you'll be fine. Got called in to talk 1 on 1. Pretty standard questions, easy going interview, I like how it was more of a discussion than just questions back and forth. It definitely felt more personal.
