American Pacific Mortgage interview questions

Conducted interview over the phone and straightforward onboarding process. Interview questions were easy, just need NLMS license to qualify. Interviewer was easy going. Company is very relaxed in terms of hiring loan officers as it's not salary but commission based.

Met with the director a few times to discuss best fit and options once they are able to hire. No available at the time of interview but they were very nice and accommodating.
