Talked to two managers and interviews went well. Took off work at current job to take tests which I paid for and do follow-up interviews. Then they had me take a personality evaluation and said my personality did not match what they were looking for... It was ridiculous.

Expectations are layed out clearly from the beginning. You will need to stick it out for at least a year and learn how to be a self-starter. In this interview you will be asked to explain how you plan to create a book of business and what steps to take to be successful.
