Interview
The team that interviewed me started the process by developing a well-defined job description. This gave me a job description that allowed me to carefully consider the position but it also allowed me to think about how the other positions that I could grow into after showing them my skill set. The whole group is operating efficiently. I meet with the VP and President, and they asked a couple great question and hired me right there on the spot! They were open and kind which allowed me to relax and think about what I was being asked and how to respond effectively.
