I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at American Intercontinental University (Schaumburg, IL)
Interview
Behavior Based Questions. It was 2 interviews, and it took a couple of weeks to get into a training class. Suggest to use the STAR method. The job it self is student focus, so you really have to show emotional intelligence and provide measurable steps to show your best outcomes.
