they asked me how old i was. which is an HR no no. not very professional with me. I could tell this was not the place for me based on the process. I feel like they are trying to sell you the job. I was originally contacted via email for an HR position. That was how they got me in the door, but the reality was that they wanted me to do something else. Right off the bat I knew this was not good.

Virtual group interview with about 11 people. They gave a breakdown of what would be required (An insurance license) and what we could expect. There is no base salary and each sale is estimated to average $500

Interview
Process was disjointed and inconclusive. Zoom - 3 total. 1st- basic meet-greet. 2nd- a company promo video you watch alone mostly about an annual convention in a tropical location: nothing specific about the job. 3rd- "Host is in another meeting," waited 20 mins and left, so it never happened.

There wasn't a real interview. Never got to find out about the agency or the actual position. If it's that disorganized and disrespectful from the get-go, I want nothing to do with it.
