Interview
You will have a 15min yea or nah interview (do to heavy turn around they interview about 50 people a day), if your a yea, you will join the cattle call of other possible prospects. In this "2nd" interview you will listen to a presentation, be persuaded on how easy and what a "no brainer: this position is, then be required to tell the owners why you are their best choice out of everyone in the cattle call! If they like you from there you will be called back for a "3rd" interview. Here they make sure you pay your fees to get licensed (250.00) and hurry you to sign your contract. You were actually hired once you walked into the 2nd interview!

Are you able to work 60hours a week after the first 90days which will require 90hours a week (boot camp)
They will ask you several behavior questions, then they will give you an info session. After this, they will give you a final round interview. After this, they will ask you to accept this position.
